Comments = I don't really have any suggestions, I just wanted to start off by saying I love the way you used color. It's got a definite romantic mood.

Comments = Unfortunalety you did not tell us your age. This way it's pretty hard to judge your picture. If you are really a professional I'd say you should work really hard if you want to improve this. For a student or junior this is a promising picture and you will do even better work in the future.
Try to use softer colors. Maybe not that much contrast. Don't rely too much on effects such as sparkling and glow. Work on design and make the character's pose and attitude more readable.
