Description:
Rainbow Studios is seeking to become the first company to produce
a feature length fully 3D action film for adults, titled Blue
Planet. A full trailer for Blue Planet is being shown at the LightWave
3D Theater event at DCC Expo / NewTek Expo 1998. The event is
Wednesday night, December 2 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

4, 2000) Some of our sources are telling us that Rainbow Studios
ceased work on Blue Planet awhile back and has no plans of continuing
it. Once source claims that Rainbow Studios never had a script
or finished story. With news of Vortex being cancelled, this could
leave the field wide open for Final Fantasy: The Movie to be the
only all 3D realistic animated film.
(March 6,
2000) Our sources now are informing us that the movie is still
in production, but because of legalities Rainbow Studios was unable
to discuss a release date.
