DPS Booth at SIGGRAPH 2000

These three images show how Merlin, and the other animators who worked on the film, animated the mouth movements.  The heads were detachable to handle it easier, and the section of the mouth and neck could be taken off with ease.  When the new mouthpiece was put on, the seams were gently smoothed giving a flawless effect.
