Breakout is a fun and easy game to play.

When the applet loads, determine the settings you want from the right side menu of the game. When you’re done, click Start or Resume. Now use your mouse to move paddle. Never let the ball get past the paddle! Your goal is to clear all the blocks at the top of the screen. Each block will disappear when the ball hits it.

The only two items you can’t customize on the menu are the number of balls you have left and how many blocks there are. Feel free to adjust the ball size and handle size. Make both smaller to increase the difficulty. You can also adjust the speed the ball travels. Change the color of the game by clicking the Change Color button! Enjoy and remember that you’re being timed. The timer is at the top of the game.
